Paul “Hoss” Devine started Executive Management Strategies (EMS) in December 2016. Hoss has been in the car business since 1995 and has worked his way through the ranks from sales to executive management. In 2003, he started Hoss Devine Training and Consulting, which became the precursor to EMS. In his true hands-on fashion, shortly after establishing Hoss Devine Training and Consulting, Hoss spent a few years in dealerships as a turnaround specialist, working day in and day out with the sales and management teams to increase dealer profitability.

He has a great track record of setting volume, gross and CSI records in every store he’s managed. After observing first hand the problems dealers deal with day to day, Hoss became committed to working with dealers across the country, helping them improve their sales, gross, CSI, and overall net profit. His style of coaching is no nonsense and not for the faint of heart. He truly believes in the saying, “Don’t ask the question if you don’t want to hear the answer.”

His “outside the box” vision and methodology are undoubtedly the underlying components to the success of his company.
